RETURNS

• In case you are dissatisfied with the taste or other attributes of the product(s) purchased by you, please intimate us vide e-mail on support@banglamistionline.com within 4 hours of delivery.
• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please e-mail us with a photo of the damaged product at support@banglamistionline.com. within 4 hours of receiving the order
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
• Bangla Misti Online retains the right to accept or deny the complaint on the basis of what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the product delivered 

REFUNDS

• Bangla Misti Online reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received within 15 workings days
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 15 working days to your credit card (or original method of payment).
